1. BIDDING OBJECT
Supply of the Packages M337 and M378 – Lifting Beam of the Reactor Pressure Vessel Closure Head and Stand Rods for Transport of the Reactor Pressure Vessel Closure Head With Assembly Supervision for the Unit 3 Of Almirante Álvaro Alberto Nuclear Power Station – CNAAA, in the municipality of Angra dos Reis, RJ, Brazil.
2. RELEVANT INFORMATION: “the participation of company consortia and cooperatives shall not be allowed”.
3. BIDDING TYPE : Lowest Price based on Lump Sum Price
4. Interested companies may consult, and if they wish, purchase, at the price of R$ 35,00 (thirty five Reais), the Bidding Instructions that include eligibility condition and other participation conditions, between 9:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-4:00 p.m. at the Gerência de Administração Contratual – GAC.T, on the 8th floor of Eletrobras Eletronuclear headquarters. The payment shall be effected in advance in the company’s treasury, on 3rd floor of Eletrobras Eletronuclear headquarters, Financial Operation Management – GOF.A
5. The delivery of Eligibility Documents and Commercial Bids shall take place at 10.00 (ten) a.m. on June 03rd, 2013 in the Sala de Pregão on the 12th floor of Eletrobras Eletronuclear headquarters; on this occasion only Eligibility Documents shall be open and countersigned.
6. The date of opening of Commercial Bids shall be informed with the publication of the results of companies that met Eligibility requirements.
