AVISO DE ABERTURA DE CONSULTA PÚBLICA – EPC ANGRA 3

Em razão da expectativa de iniciar um procedimento competitivo visando a contratação de empresa(s) para execução de obras e serviços destinados a finalizar o Empreendimento Angra 3, os quais abarcarão os serviços remanescentes de engenharia, aquisição de materiais e equipamentos, construção, montagem, instalação e apoio ao comissionamento da planta nuclear da Central Nuclear Almirante Álvaro Alberto – CNAAA, em Angra dos Reis/RJ, a Eletronuclear, com apoio técnico do BNDES, vem por meio desta Consulta Pública submeter à consideração dos interessados e da sociedade em geral as minutas de Edital e Contrato de Licitação, bem como seus apêndices, a fim de colher contribuições para aprimorar os documentos em referência.

As respostas às contribuições e questionamentos serão pulgadas neste endereço eletrônico [www.eletronuclear.gov.br) no prazo de até 45 dias após o término do prazo para recebimento de contribuições, prorrogáveis a critério da Eletronuclear. Todos os campos são de preenchimento obrigatório, porém contribuições que não atendam aos requisitos acima poderão ser desconsideradas, a critério da Eletronuclear.

Os documentos já se encontram disponíveis para download no link abaixo. As contribuições e questionamentos poderão ser enviados a partir do dia 25/03/2024 nesta mesma página. O prazo final para envio de contribioções vai até o dia 17/05/2024.

NOTICE OF OPENING OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION – EPC ANGRA 3

Due to the expectationp of initiating a competitive procedure to contract pcompany(ies) for the execution of works and services aimed at completing the Angra 3 Project, which will cover the remaining services of engineering, procurement, construction, assembly, installation and support for the commissioning of the nuclear plant of the “Almirante Álvaro Alberto” Nuclear Power Plant – CNAAA, in Angra dos Reis/RJ, Eletronuclear, with technical support from BNDES, hereby submits to the consideration of interested parties and society in general the drafts of the Public Auction Notice and Agreement, as well as their attachments, in order to collect contributions to improve the documents in reference.

Responses to contributions and questions will be published at this site [www.eletronuclear.gov.br] within 45 days after the deadline for receiving contributions, extendable at Eletronuclear's discretion. All form fields are mandatory, but cpontributionsppp that do not meet the above requirements may be disregarded, at Eletronuclear's discretion.
