KG; Ineligible Bidder: FIAMM S.p.A., cause: the Technical Supply Qualification Certificate that was presented did not prove that the Bidder had already supplied Batteries and Liquid Electrolytes with the specifications indicated in the item 1 – OBJECT, according to the requirement of this BIDDING, item 7.1.4. The period to submit appeal started from the publication of the Eligibility Result in the Union Official Gazette (August 06, 2013). The documentation relative to this international bidding was available for examination of interested people. The opening of the eligible Bidder’s commercial bid was effected in a Public Act on August 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the following address: Rua (street) da Candelária, nº. 65 – 12º. andar (floor), Rio de Janeiro/RJ. On August 29, 2013 was issued the Judgement Result. Winner Bidder: Hoppecke Batterien GmbH & CO. KG. Total Contract Value: EURO 220.048,00. Judgement Criterion: Lowest Price. The period to submit appeal starts from the publication of the Eligibility Result in the Union Official Gazette (August 30, 2013). The payment shall be made previously by bank transfer to ELETROBRAS ELETRONUCLEAR´s bank account as follows: Banco do Brasil, bank branch 3064-3, bank account 77002-7, identified with the company’s CNPJ (“Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica da Secretaria da Receita Federal do Brasil”) or responsible person’s CPF (“Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas”).
